Hot Chilli Chicken and Peppers


100ml ounces vegetable stock

2 tablespoons of soy sauce

1 tablespoon of sesame oil

1 green chilli, peeled and finely chopped

1 tbsp of clear honey

3 tbsp of dry white wine

1 tbsp of corn flour

2 tbsp of sesame oil


1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped

1 garlic clove, peeled and finely chopped

400g skinless chicken breast thinly sliced

2 green peppers, seeded and cut into squares


Heat oil in pan and add ginger and garlic, stir-frying for about 30 seconds.

Add chicken and stir fry until meat is sealed.

Now add peppers and stir fry for a further 4-5 minutes.

Add sauce ingredients and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
